The BRUNS GROW series consists of three products that promote hair growth by activating the natural hair cycle and growth phase. What they have in common is biologically active ingredients, extracted from mung beans, red clover sprouts, and natural keratin (from wool), which help improve hair growth*, hair strength*, and hair density*. The products also provide plenty of moisture and nourishment and are gentle on both hair and scalp as well as the environment.
The BRUNS GROW series cannot bring dead hair follicles back to life; no products can do that. What it can do is strengthen your existing hair, reduce ongoing hair loss, and activate the hair follicles that are in a resting phase.

Everyone loses hair; it is natural.

The hair follicle is one of the few human organs that follows a cyclical rhythm consisting of a growth phase, a transition phase, and a resting phase. The number of hair follicles is genetically determined, just like the shape in which the hair grows out - in twists, spirals, waves, or straight. We all lose hair, and with age the hair follicle shrinks, causing hair to grow more slowly and become thinner. For some people, hair becomes thinner at an early age; for others, it takes longer. About 10-15 % of the hair on your head is always in the resting phase, and that is why we may feel that we are losing a lot of hair. Other factors such as illness, stress, the environment, or diet can also contribute to earlier or temporary hair loss. This does not necessarily mean that the hair follicle is dead, but rather that it has stopped in its resting phase for various reasons.

With the BRUNS GROW series, you get a gentle treatment that is easy to carry out. It will feel pleasant and natural throughout the entire treatment period* -or for as long as you want.


VÄXASCHAMPO N80/81


This shampoo cleanses, cares for, and moisturizes both hair and scalp. It is used to cleanse the scalp so the active ingredients can more easily penetrate the hair follicle where the hair root is located. That is why it is good to start with shampoo. The bioactive ingredients in VÄXASCHAMPO increase hair density and stimulate hair growth*. For best results, VÄXASCHAMPO should be used every day*. Apply the shampoo to a dry or damp scalp, massage, and leave on for at least 2–3 minutes before rinsing out. Then use VÄXAVATTEN for optimal results. *Time period and results may vary.

VÄXAVATTEN N80/81

After shampooing, spray VÄXAVATTEN onto your scalp. This strengthening scalp water is a leave-in product that boosts the hair follicles with active ingredients*. It contains no oils and is quickly absorbed into the hair follicle.
For best results, this product should always be used after VÄXASCHAMPO. It can also be used separately several times a day. Shake the bottle well. Spray onto a dry or damp scalp. Gently massage with your fingertips and then style as usual.

BRUSH

BRUNS WOODEN BRUSHis more than just a tool for keeping your hair neat and well brushed. It also works perfectly as a scalp brush to activate blood circulation. The wooden brush is essential to use after VÄXAVATTEN N°80/81 for the best effect. Brush through and massage the scalp every day.


Here’s how to use VÄXA

Before shampooing, start by brushing your hair with a soft bamboo or boar bristle brush. Brush thoroughly in different directions to get blood circulation going and increase the flow of oxygen and nutrients to your hair follicles.


Massage a dollop of VÄXASCHAMPO into the scalp and leave on for at least 2-3 minutes before rinsing out. After shampooing, you should always use VÄXAVATTEN.
Towel-dry your hair and then apply VÄXAVATTEN, massaging lightly with your fingertips so the product penetrates the hair follicles.
