SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN SWEDEN

Free shipping on orders over 199sek, otherwise 49kr standard shipping within Sweden

SHIPPING COSTS OUTSIDE SWEDEN

For orders over 1200 SEK within Europe (EU), shipping is free. Orders under 1200 SEK will incur a 150 SEK shipping surcharge.

For Europe (non-EU), we have different shipping surcharges per country, see your delivery address for pricing at checkout.

For countries outside Europe, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are agreed upon jointly between BRUNS products and the buyer. Contact: customer service{'@'}brunsproducts.com for more information.

UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES

In the event that BRUNS products receives a returned delivery due to the customer providing an incorrect address or not picking up the delivery at the pickup point, the customer will be notified via email and charged a 200SEK fee.

International orders outside of Europe are the customer's responsibility for customs duties, taxes and VAT.

DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSPORT

If the products have been damaged during transport, you as a customer must notify BRUNS products. Send a message to us at: customer service@brunsproducts.com with "Damaged in transit" in the subject line. Attach a photo of the damage.
