As everyday shampoo:

Massage into wet hair, rinse well. Shampoo twice, once to dissolve dirt, the second time to wash thoroughly. For soft and supple hair, use BALSAM no. 04 after shampooing.

As a detox:

Massage a small dab of product into dry hair. Add water and massage. Rinse out. Apply a dollop of shampoo to your newly damp hair. Massage and rinse. Repeat until a white solid foam appears. Restore the moisture balance by finishing with HAIR MASK. Can be done 1-2 times a month or as needed. See video on how to do a detox here.
