Refund policy
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
The Swedish Distance Contracts Act and Off-Premises Contracts Act gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of cancellation applies to goods and individual services. To use the right of cancellation, you must notify the seller of your intention to cancel no later than 14 days after you have received the delivery, primarily by sending an email to: kundservice@brunsproducts.com with your order number as a reference. Once you have received approval from us along with attached instructions, you can return the products.
To be eligible to use the right of cancellation, the product must be returned to us within a reasonable time in the same quantity and condition as when you received it. Damaged original packaging cannot be returned. The seller is entitled to compensation for, among other things, reduction in value resulting from the buyer handling the goods to a greater extent than necessary. All products must be returned to the seller within a reasonable time, no later than 14 days from your notice of exercising the right of cancellation. Any return shipping costs are paid by you yourself.
The seller is obligated to refund the amount of your order. The refund must be made no later than 14 days from the day the seller receives the buyer's notice, provided that BRUNS products/Hank's & Grace Schampo AB has received the returned goods within this time frame, or received proof that the goods have been sent back.

CLAIMS
After you have received the goods, we recommend that you inspect whether the delivery matches the order confirmation as soon as possible.
If the product has a defect or flaws, depending on the circumstances, you may request that the defect be remedied. Notification of a defect or flaws must be made to: kundservice{'@'}brunsproducts.com. This must be done within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect or flaw. We recommend that you submit your claim to us in writing for documentation purposes.
