These terms and conditions of purchase, together with your order, which is confirmed via an order confirmation, constitute the contractual basis for the purchase. The terms and conditions of purchase apply when you as a consumer make purchases on www.brunsproducts.com. By ordering products from our website, you accept the terms. To shop at www.brunsproducts.com, you must be 18 years of age or older.
PRICE
All prices in the webshop include VAT. Prices are stated in SEK and Euro.
PAYMENT
The BRUNS Products webshop uses Klarna Checkout and Mollie as payment solutions. All card information is handled over SSL encryption and no card information is stored. Shipping costs and payment fees are presented before you confirm the purchase.
DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME
If your requested items are in stock, they will be shipped from us within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. If your requested items are not in stock, an email will be sent to you with the estimated delivery date.
Orders outside Sweden are delivered by DHL/TNT/Postnord.
If delivery of the products is delayed, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of it, as well as provide information about, and possibly when, delivery can take place, or if the products are out of stock.
SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN SWEDEN
Free shipping on purchases over 199skr, otherwise 49skr standard shipping within Sweden
SHIPPING COSTS OUTSIDE SWEDEN
For orders over 1200 SEK within Europe (EU), shipping is free. Orders under 1200 SEK incur a shipping surcharge of 150 SEK.
For Europe (non-EU), we have a shipping surcharge of 250 SEK.
For countries outside Europe, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are determined by mutual agreement between BRUNS products and the buyer. Contact: kundservice{'@'}brunsproducts.com for more information.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If BRUNS products receives a returned shipment due to the customer providing an incorrect address, contact details, or failing to collect the shipment from the agent, the customer will be notified by the email address provided. For returns and/or reshipment, 200SEK will be charged
TAXES AND DUTIES
For international orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for costs such as customs duties, tax and VAT.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the products have been damaged during transport, you as the customer must notify BRUNS products. Send us a message at: kundservice{'@'}brunsproducts.com and mark the subject line "Transport damage". Attach a picture of the damage.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The Swedish law on distance contracts and contracts concluded outside business premises gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to goods and individual services. The right of withdrawal requires that you notify the seller no later than 14 days after you have received the delivery that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, primarily by sending an email to: kundservice{'@'}brunsproducts.com with the order number as reference. Once you have received approval from us together with attached instructions, you may return the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us within a reasonable time in the same quantity and condition as when you received it. Opened packaging cannot be returned. The seller is entitled to compensation for, among other things, any reduction in value resulting from the buyer handling the item to a greater extent than necessary. All products must be returned to the seller within a reasonable time, no later than 14 days from your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal. Any shipping cost for the return is paid by you.
The seller is obliged to refund the amount for your order. The refund must be made no later than 14 days from the day the seller received the buyer's notice, provided that BRUNS products/Hank's & Grace Schampo AB has received the returned item within this time, or proof that the item has been sent back.

COMPLAINTS
After you have received the goods, we recommend that you inspect as soon as possible whether the delivery corresponds to the order confirmation.
If the product has defects or shortcomings, you may, depending on the circumstances, request that the defect be remedied. Notification of defects or shortcomings should be sent to: kundservice{'@'}brunsproducts.com. This must be done within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect or shortcoming. For evidentiary reasons, we recommend that you submit the complaint to us in writing.

The personal information you provide to us is used to ensure delivery, credit assessments, and provide offers. The information you provide is only available to BRUNS Products and will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to access the information we hold about you, and you always have the right to request that BRUNS Products delete or correct existing information. By accepting BRUNS Products' terms and conditions of purchase, you consent to the above.
