Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The Swedish Act on Distance and Off-Premises Contracts gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to goods and individual services. The right of withdrawal requires that you notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the delivery that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, primarily by sending an e-mail to: kundservice@brunsproducts.com with the order number as a reference. Once you have received approval from us together with the attached instructions, you can return the products.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us within a reasonable time in the same quantity and condition as when you received it. Broken packaging cannot be returned. The seller is entitled to compensation for, among other things, a decrease in value due to the buyer handling the product to a greater extent than necessary. All products must be returned to the seller within a reasonable time, no later than 14 days from your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal. You will pay any shipping costs for the return yourself.

The seller is obliged to refund the amount for your order. The refund shall be made no later than 14 days from the date on which the seller received the buyer's message, provided that BRUNS products/Hank's & Grace Schampo AB has received the goods back within this time, or a receipt that the goods have been sent back.

COMPLAINT
After you have received the goods, we recommend that you check as soon as possible whether the delivery corresponds to the order confirmation.

If the product is faulty or defective, you can, depending on the circumstances, demand that the fault be rectified. Notification of faults or defects must be made to: kundservice{'@'}brunsproducts.com. This must be done within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the fault or defect. For evidentiary reasons, we recommend that you send the complaint to us in writing.
