SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN SWEDEN
Free shipping on purchases over SEK 199 otherwise SEK 49 standard shipping within Sweden

SHIPPING COST OUTSIDE SWEDEN
For orders over SEK 1200 within Europe (EU), shipping is free. Orders under SEK 1,200 incur a shipping charge of SEK 150.

For Europe (non EU) we have a shipping surcharge of SEK 250.

Free shipping to North America on orders valued over 2000 SEK. Standard Shipping cost on orders under 2000 SEK is 170 SEK.

Shipping costs are obtained by mutual agreement between BRUNS products and the buyer. Contact: kundservice@brunsproducts.com for more information.

UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
In a situation where BRUNS products receives a shipment in return because the customer provided an incorrect address or did not pick up the shipment from an agent, the customer is notified via e-mail and charged a cost of SEK 170.

If the customer wishes to have the uncollected order sent again, a debiting cost of SEK 250 will be added.

TAXES AND DUTIES
International orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for costs such as customs, tax and VAT.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
