The purchase terms and conditions, together with your order, which is confirmed via an order confirmation, constitute the contractual basis for the purchase. The purchase terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer make a purchase on www.brunsproducts.com. By ordering products from our website, you accept the terms and conditions. To shop on www.brunsproducts.com, you must be 18 years of age or older.

PRICE
All prices on the webshop include VAT. Prices are stated in SEK and Euro.

PAYMENT
The BRUNS Products webshop uses Klarna Checkout and Mollie as payment solutions. All card information is handled over SSL encryption and no card information is stored. Shipping costs and payment fees are reported before you confirm the purchase.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME
If your requested goods are in stock, they will be sent from us within 2-5 working days after placing the order. If your requested goods are not in stock, an email will be sent to you with the estimated delivery date.

Orders outside Sweden are delivered by DHL/TNT/Postnord.

If the delivery of the products is delayed, we will provide you with information as soon as we have knowledge of it, as well as information about, and possibly when, delivery can take place, or if the products are out of stock.

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN SWEDEN
Free shipping for purchases over 199 SEK, otherwise 49 SEK standard shipping within Sweden

SHIPPING COSTS OUTSIDE SWEDEN
For orders over 1200 SEK within Europe (EU), shipping is free. Orders under 1200 SEK will incur a shipping surcharge of 150 SEK.

For Europe (non EU) we have a shipping surcharge of 250 SEK.

For countries outside Europe we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are determined by mutual agreement between BRUNS products and the buyer. Contact: customer service{'@'}brunsproducts.com for more information.

UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
In situations where BRUNS products receives a return shipment due to the customer providing an incorrect address or not collecting the shipment from the agent, the customer will be notified via email and charged a cost of 170 SEK.

If the customer wishes to have the uncollected order sent again, a charge of 250 SEK will be added.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
For international orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for costs such as customs, taxes and VAT.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the products have been damaged during transport, you as the customer must notify BRUNS products. Send us a message at: customerservice{'@'}brunsproducts.com and mark the subject line with "Transport damage". Attach a picture of the damage.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The Swedish Act on Distance and Off-Premises Contracts gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to goods and individual services. The right of withdrawal requires that you notify the seller of your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 14 days after you have received the delivery, primarily by sending an e-mail to: customerservice{'@'}brunsproducts.com with the order number as a reference. Once you have received approval from us together with the attached instructions, you can return the products.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us within a reasonable time in the same quantity and condition as when you received it. Broken packaging cannot be returned. The seller is entitled to compensation for, among other things, a decrease in value due to the buyer handling the product to a greater extent than necessary. All products must be returned to the seller within a reasonable time, no later than 14 days from your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal. You will pay any shipping costs for the return yourself.

The seller is obliged to refund the amount of your order. The refund must be made no later than 14 days from the day the seller received the buyer's notification, provided that BRUNS products/Hank's & Grace Schampo AB has received the returned product within this time, or a receipt that the product has been sent back.

COMPLAINT
After you have received the goods, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible examines whether the delivery corresponds to the order confirmation.

If the product has errors or deficiencies, depending on the circumstances, you can demand that the error be corrected. Notification of errors or deficiencies is made to: customer service{'@'}brunsproducts.com. This must be done within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the error or deficiency. For evidentiary reasons, we recommend that you send the complaint to us in writing.

The personal information you provide to us is used to ensure delivery, credit ratings and provide offers. The information you provide is only available to BRUNS Products, and will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to access the information held about you and you always have the right to request that BRUNS Products delete or correct existing information. By accepting BRUNS Products' terms of purchase, you agree to the above.
